Collect 1 mL whole blood into each of 4 tubes in the QuantiFERON-TB Gold Plus collection kit
The black mark on the side of the tubes indicates the 1 mL fill volume (min: 0.8 mL, max: 1.2 mL)
Total volume required: 4 mL whole blood
At altitudes of 3,350-6,150 feet (most sites): Collect 1 mL whole blood directly into each of the four tubes of the QuantiFERON-TB (High Altitude) Gold Plus In-Tube collection kit
At altitudes below 3,350 or above 6,150 feet: Collect 4 mL whole blood into a syringe. Transfer 1 mL into each of the four tubes in the QuantiFERON-TB (High Altitude) Gold Plus In-Tube collection kit
