Courier Pickup - Sample is already prepared for pickup

You can text a photo of the barcode located inside the dropbox to 385-457-9235 and we will associate the pickup to the appropriate facility. You are also welcome to call that same line, or submit a form request below.

For a same day sample pickup, you will need to make the request prior to 9PM MST from Monday to Friday and prior to 8PM MST on the weekend. Anything requested after these times will be taken care of the following day.

Phlebotomist Request - RML is to perform sample collection.

Submit the form submission below to be added to the queue or call our main line (833) 765-5227 (Option 2 to be connected with our scheduling team). An order is required before a phlebotomist can be dispatched.

Collections by a trained phlebotomist typically take place between 7AM to 3PM in your respective time zone, within 48 hours of the time of submission.
